SLA (Stereolithography)

SLS (Selective Laser Sintering)

SLS laser sintering technology uses high-temperature laser to sinter polymer powder materials, requiring no support structure during printing. It can manufacture complex hollow structures, nested parts and integrated forming components that are difficult from traditional machining. SLM (Selective Laser Melting)

SLM metal laser melting is a high-end industrial metal 3D printing technology. It melts metal powder completely via high-precision laser and forms high-density metal parts layer by layer. Can you give DFM suggestions for my design?

Yes. Our engineering team will offer free DFM (Design for Manufacturability) feedback before production. We point out potential risks and propose practical adjustments to reduce cost & avoid manufacturing issues.

 

3. What is your quality control procedure? Can you provide inspection reports?

We run a 5 stage full process QC workflow: raw material inspection, in process monitoring, FAI first article check, final full inspection and pre shipment audit.FAI reports & inspection records can be provided upon your request. Quality is built in processing steps, not only final checking.

 

4. What tolerances can you achieve?

General tolerance follows ISO 2768 M standard.
CNC machining: ±0.05 mm; Sheet metal fabrication: ±0.1 mm.
Tighter tolerance is achievable, please note critical tolerances on your 2D drawing.

 

5. What is your typical lead time?

Prototypes: 3 7 working days.
Small batch production: 7 15 working days.
Custom mold: 20 35 working days, depends on mold complexity.
Shipping time is separate from production lead time.

 

6. Can you handle surface finishing & part assembly?
