Vacuum Casting (Silicone Mold)
Silicone Mold vacuum casting is a high-efficiency low-volume molding technology, widely used for rapid prototype duplication and small-batch part production. Using CNC or 3D printed master models to produce high-precision silicone molds under vacuum environment, then inject PU resin, transparent resin, and flexible rubber materials for secondary molding. The process features low mold cost, short manufacturing cycle, and zero batch difference, perfectly simulating the appearance and performance of formal injection molded parts.

Rapid Injection Molding
Injection molding is the mainstream high-precision mass production process for industrial plastic parts. We design and manufacture soft steel molds according to customer drawings, and complete automated injection molding production through high-speed injection equipment. The process achieves high dimensional stability, excellent surface texture, and ultra-high batch consistency, supporting complex structural parts with grooves, buckles, holes and embedded hardware. It is the optimal solution for small batch production of plastic components.

Die Casting
Die casting is a high-efficiency metal forming process for non-ferrous alloy parts. Through high-pressure and high-speed die-casting equipment, molten aluminum, zinc, and magnesium alloys are filled into precision metal molds for rapid forming. The finished parts feature high density, light weight, high structural strength and good thermal conductivity. With follow-up trimming, CNC finishing and surface treatment, die-cast parts can fully meet industrial assembly and end-use requirements.

Aluminum Extrusion
Extrusion forming is a continuous manufacturing process for standardized and customized profile parts. Aluminum is heated and extruded through fixed precision dies to form long-strip profiles with uniform cross-sections. The process supports customized cross-section design, stable overall size, high material utilization rate and ultra-high production efficiency. Custom cutting, punching, bending and CNC secondary processing can be performed according to customer needs to complete finished profile components.

3. What is your quality control procedure? Can you provide inspection reports?
We run a 5 stage full process QC workflow: raw material inspection, in process monitoring, FAI first article check, final full inspection and pre shipment audit.FAI reports & inspection records can be provided upon your request. Quality is built in processing steps, not only final checking.
4. What tolerances can you achieve?
General tolerance follows ISO 2768 M standard.
CNC machining: ±0.05 mm; Sheet metal fabrication: ±0.1 mm.
Tighter tolerance is achievable, please note critical tolerances on your 2D drawing.
5. What is your typical lead time?
Prototypes: 3 7 working days.
Small batch production: 7 15 working days.
Custom mold: 20 35 working days, depends on mold complexity.
Shipping time is separate from production lead time.
6. Can you handle surface finishing & part assembly?
