This Complex Aluminum Profiles is a component on an automated device. The raw material is AL6063.We designed and made the mold to produce the profiles, then with lots of post machining for CNC machining on the top surface, and then install the rivets. Final product with 800mm long and total weight about 5.0KG. Wall thickness 3mm.

Aluminum 6061 and Aluminum 6063 is the most popular ones in the extrusion process. They are widely used to make doors and windows, and general industrial profiles!

AL 6061 has higher strength and is suitable for industrial structural components; AL6063 has better extrusion performance and a superior surface finish, making it suitable for architectural profiles and exterior components. In this case, we normally suggest to do with AL6063, it can have better surface finish like anodizing in colors.
