1. Share us the assembly guide and before machining, do DFM analysis, use 3D models to conduct virtual assembly interference checks. If needed, Reserve a reasonable assembly gap of 0.01 to 0.02mm according to the actual process

2. During the machining process. Adopt the "three same" principle: the same positioning reference, the same clamping direction, and the same measurement reference

3. Strictly control geometric tolerances rather than merely dimensions. Many assembly problems stem from deviations in positional and verticality

4. Full inspection and real assembly test before shipping
