Plastic Injection Over Moling is a multi-material composite injection molding process in which a rigid substrate is first formed, followed by the injection molding of a soft material or elastomer (such as TPU, TPE, or silicone) to encapsulate the substrate's surface, thereby creating a unified, integrated part that combines both soft and rigid elements-without the need for adhesives or assembly.
