The deep draw stamping process is a specialized metal forming method used to produce hollow, seamless components whose depth exceeds their diameter. Unlike conventional stamping, where material is primarily stretched - deep drawing controls metal flow to create strong, uniform, and complex geometries in a single progressive operation.

This process relies on a punch, die, and blank holder to transform flat metal sheets into cylindrical, rectangular, or customized shapes. For parts requiring multiple reductions, transfer presses or progressive dies are used to achieve the final geometry without intermediate handling.
