This Rectangular Metal Mounting Plate is a precision-engineered component designed home appliance component. With the simple die from stamping forming. We made it out totally according to the custom designed shape, dimensions and hole patterns. Guaranteed perfect fit with tolerance +/-0.05mm. It was made from 0.4mm galvanized steel, but we are flexible on various materials, like Mild steel, Stainless steel, Copper, Aluminum…We make from prototypes to production.

Design & DFM Review

Material Preparation
Precision shearing or laser cutting of raw metal plate
Stamping
With the custom simple dies, with the hydraulic machines stamp the special structures
Hole Punching
Rectangular holes, mounting slots, and countersinks punched to ±0.1mm accuracy
Deburring & Edge Finishing
Automation deburring or manual deburring to eliminate sharp edges
Surface Treatment
Electroplating, powder coating, or polishing as required
Quality Inspection
100% dimensions check and appearance checking before shipping
Packaging
Anti-scratch film + Foam + Carton boxes or Poly wood box
