With our 800T Hydraulic Machine, 8-12mm carbon steel punching or stretching was not an issue to us. In the meanwhile, we have AMADA2510 NCT Machine. We are flexible on the thin plate cutting and punching.

If you need a production of thick-plate products with custom regular shapes, using our 800T hydraulic press equipped with simple tooling offers the highest efficiency and cost effective.

If you need the products characterized by high variety, small batch sizes, thin sheet metal, and complex hole patterns, using our AMADA 2510 avoids the issues associated with large hydraulic presses-specifically, slow mold changeovers and high tooling costs.

Design Analysis and Optimization

Engineering team analysis the design or offer optimization suggestions.

Material Preparation

Customed raw material such as galvanized steel or cold-rolled steel or Aluminum is selected and cut to the required sheet size using a shearing machine or laser cutting machine. Deburring the burr with the automation brush machines.

Bending/Stamping/Forming

With the custom dies shape the parts through bending and forming operations. This defines the product's precise geometry and structural features.

Hole Punching and Riveting

Mounting holes, slots, and cutouts are formed in the same time to ensure the tight tolerances.

Install the rivets as requested.

Deburring and Edge Smoothing

The products is deburred by hand or grinding tools to eliminate sharp edges and ensure safety during handling and assembly.

Surface Treatment

Requested protective surface finish such as anodize, zinc plating or powder coating is applied to enhance corrosion resistance and improve appearance.

Inspection for Quality Control
