Current Status Of The Die-Casting Mold Industry

Leave a message

My country's die-casting mold industry has developed rapidly, with a marked increase in total output; the country now ranks second globally-trailing only the United States-solidifying its status as a major die-casting power. This achievement stems largely from my country's vast domestic market and its advantages in relatively low-cost resources and labor, which provide a significant edge in terms of cost-performance ratio within the international die-casting trade. Current trends indicate a highly promising future for the industry.

Although the sector achieved significant breakthroughs during the "11th Five-Year Plan" period, Chinese die-casting molds still lack international recognition; despite rising production volumes, the majority of these molds serve only domestic demand. Technical constraints have hindered quality improvements, and major domestic client companies frequently turn to foreign mold manufacturers instead, creating a severe trade deficit that leaves domestic die-casting enterprises struggling to survive.
