As an efficient method of cold metalworking, stamping technology yields products widely used across various industrial sectors, including automotive manufacturing, home appliances, electronics, and rail transportation.

 

Driven by the growing demand for lightweighting in new energy vehicles, the use of aluminum alloy sheets in stamping-specifically for core components such as longitudinal beams, crash beams, and floor panels-has increased significantly to help reduce vehicle weight. To enhance production quality and efficiency, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology has been introduced into stamping workshops; it facilitates full-lifecycle management of dies and batch traceability for stamped parts, thereby enabling preventive maintenance and precise quality control.

 

In the home appliance and electronics manufacturing sectors, stamping technology is employed to produce various housings, brackets, and precision components. To address the issue of debris accumulation after punching holes in washing machine casings, stamping systems have been developed with integrated pneumatic cleaning mechanisms that minimize debris buildup and simplify operations. For the processing of flexible materials-such as flanging on soft strip stock-integrated machines can perform feeding, spot marking, flanging, and automatic alignment in a single process, thereby improving both machining accuracy and efficiency.
